Oh That Barbara

I recently got sucked into a Teen Mom 2 marathon and through all of the disgust one thing stood out illuminated, Jenelle's crazy mom Barbara. I have no clue what kind of accent this is, but I want to learn it. I don't know if anything would bring me more joy than being able to bust out this complete ridiculousness at any moment.
