Something To Be Thankful For

Be thankful you don't live on Little House on the Prairie what with all their deaths, destroyed crops, oh and those pipes that set schools on fire killing babies and best friends' moms.

That's what you get Mary for being a bitch. Making you blind wasn't enough. They had to kill your baby too.

Since Toilet Paper Is Fun

Toilet paper holders! Boom boom.

It matches my wine bottle holder!!!

The classy version (which I own!).

Grrrrrr

bones bones bones.

He keeps it all toasty.

So chivalrous.

Death of a Cheerleader

This may be one of my favorite made for tv movies. It stars Kellie Martin and Tori Spelling. It's about a girl, Angela, that just wants to be besties with the god awful Stacey Lockwood, Montevista's most popular girl. I swear, if I went to high school with Tori Spelling's character I'd probably try to kill her too.

Countdown to Thanksgiving

This is the Luna Lovegood version of a turkey hat.

This is Real

I don't even know what to say about this except that it's pretty fantastic.

Countdown to Thanksgiving

Help Me Obi Wan Kenobi

You're my only hope.

Midnight City - M83

Such a good song

I Love Me Some Fried Green Tomatoes

Yesterday I was given a bag full of green tomatoes, so naturally I had to go home and fry them at once. I swear there may be nothing better than a fried green tomato sandwich. I threw some wasabi horseradish sauce, a little goat cheese and a few sprouts on the bread and Bam! I tasted like heaven!

Katamari Cake!

Really what could be better than a game of Katamari? How about Katamari themed cakes. These are crazy!

One of My Favorite Movies as a Child

It scared the crap out of me, but I loved every second of it. To this day I cringe every time I hear the Wheelers coming.

Nothing Like a Little Zombie Killin

Cause really what's better than Wolverine and all his little ladies taking out a bunch of zombies?

I Want My Community!!!

Today NBC posted their mid season schedule and Community was no where to be seen. They completely took it off the schedule to make room for 30 Rock. To make matters worse Whitney is still on the schedule. They are moving it to Wednesdays instead of Thursdays but still. Why does that piece of crap get to stay on the air and the super fantastic Community not? The good news is that it hasn't been canceled yet. It seems like there is a good chance it may air again in the summer, but they haven't said officially. NBC is just being stupid. Last year they only let us have half of season of Parks and Recreation, and now they're doing the same with Community. I say BOOOOOOO!

Countdown to Thanksgiving

It's just a little over a week until Thanksgiving which is something to be excited about. If you're not super into the whole dinner and family thing then hopefully you get some time off work or school. I know I'm counting down the days until my four day weekend! Here's a little something to get you in the mood.

I have no clue why Buffy is wearing a cowboy hat.

When Your Parents Get It Right

It's not that often one's parents say they got a surprise or saw something that they thought you'd like, and it turns out to be pretty awesome. I mean yeah, it often ends up as a nice oh thanks, I could use that, but rarely do they ever pick out something that results in giggles of glee. My mom totally surpassed the odds with this one.

Nothing Like a Little Bulimia to Get the Day Started

For some reason made for tv movies about eating disorders are one of my biggest guilty pleasures. They're really intense with the worst musical selections, a great combination. The only thing that can top these are the ones that incorporate gymnastics with the eating disorders. Here's a clip from the super awesome gymnastics-bulimia-anorexia-filled Perfect Body.

Since Lights Are Fun

My New Favorite Thing

This past Friday the new Lego Harry Potter game came out. I love the last one and couldn't wait for this one to be released. I haven't been disappointed. This one does a good job of taking the locations we already got to know to the next level. It expands the areas you can explore on your own time without being in an actual level to include more Hogwarts grounds, King Cross Station and Hogsmeade. I've only gotten through The Order of the Phoenix and can't wait to see what it'll be like to play year 7. So far though, it's been pretty awesome!

Bad Touch Batman

Now we know what they spend all that time doing in the Batcave.

Remember When Everyone Had Their Own Doll?

I know some people and characters still do the whole doll thing, but it's not the same as it used to be. Back in the day all sitcoms and child stars had their very own dolls. Here are a few of my fave.

Apparently these are the number one best selling celebrity dolls of all time selling over 11 million dolls. Strange but true.

These just kind of blow my mind.

I bet they never made an Andrea.

I hope she comes with extra hats.

I just loved stroking Jordan's rat tail.

Who would have thought Dustin Diamond would actually have his own doll?

This one kind of creeps me out.

Oh That Allison

One of the most notorious episodes of A&E's Intervention has to be the one with Allison the computer duster huffer. Like all episodes of this show there are definitely some rather depressing moments, however, this one mixes those up with ones that are supremely ridiculous. I think this video sums it up pretty well.

Luke vs. Wampa

More Eden Wood

I tried, but I can't stop watching videos of this girl. It's just too ridiculous.

Toddlers and Tiaras Drunk Hairspray

The drunk version is hilarious, but then it made me want to see the original. I think it's safe to say if she's not drunk in the real time one than she's at least high off hairspray.

Invasion of the Spider Crickets

I don’t know what I hate more than spider crickets. They are all weird looking and like to jump at you whenever you get close. It makes it harder to kill them. When you finally do they leave a big juicy puddle of innards all over the floor or wall. Booo! My house has been under attack the past couple of days. They have been popping up pretty frequently. Last night they went too far. I found one on my bed. Then when I went to get something to wear from my closet all half awake this morning, Boom! One was crawling all over a shirt. It’s on spider crickets! The Sarlacc will seem like a little baby lamb next to me!

Until Next Year

All of my Halloween decorations are officially boxed up and put away. Sigh...
